Meet The Founder
Felecia Allen
Felecia Allen, a compassionate and dedicated advocate for senior care, was born in the heart of Greenville, Alabama. Her journey into the world of eldercare was shaped by her upbringing, having been raised by her great-grandmother who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer when Felecia was just 13 years old. This early experience of caring for her great-grandmother and, subsequently, her grandmother instilled in Felecia a great sense of genuine compassion and delicacy when dealing with the elderly.
Felecia's passion for senior care remained strong as she transitioned into adulthood. After graduating from Pensacola State College with an Associate Degree in Business, she embarked on a career dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and their families. Felecia not only pursued her CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license but also became a Behavior Technician, further deepening her understanding of eldercare needs.
With over a decade of experience in hospice care and an additional six years in acute care settings, Felecia's expertise is second to none. Her commitment to seniors and their well-being shines through in every aspect of her work. Her daily motivation stems from the profound satisfaction she derives from providing personalized and compassionate care to the elderly.
Felecia's unwavering dedication to the senior community has earned her a reputation for excellence. Her ability to provide not only essential care but also peace of mind to the families of seniors is a testament to her commitment to ensuring the elderly are in good hands.
